It is possible that whoever is in charge of the e-mail does not check it regularly. Try calling them on the phone.

call the theatre if u have their number, check their website if they have one for upcoming classes, maybe even drop by one day & ask. chances r they just never got around to checking or responding to ur email, or r in the midst of setting something up & wanted to get it confirmed before sending u any information. or, then again, maybe they just were not interested in ur idea or question or they did not care enough to email u back saying ''no, sorry''. who knows? i'm sure if u call them they will give u an answer...no avoidance on the phone =D

unfortunately, some community theatres r not very responsive to emails,,, the thinking is that u need to put as much effort into contacting them as possible. there is some validity to that l suppose as they can gage how serious u are,,, emails r easy to write, require no effort to speak of, a phone call is just a step up from an email, getting down there & showing them u r serious is the best thing to do. Start with a phone call to see when someone will be on hand to talk to talk with you, stress u want to talk face to face & set a time that is agreeable to you, ur parent(s) & the theatre staff.
and yes, l spell theatre this way,,, back when l was in college it was the way we distinguished between live theatre & a movie theater.
