Well, it all depends on what sort of thing you're looking for. A comedy? Drama? Dark Humor? So many possibilites.
I've recently discovered the wonderful playscripts.com, which allows u to search for any category & choose how many people u want in ur play, etc. It is a very nice site & I'd really reccomend it.
Some good ones are:
Blind Date, by Samara Siskind
Controlling Interest, by Wayne S. Rawley
''Will u please shut up?'' by Dan O'Brien
Also, try searching the site for ''monologues for women'' or just ''monologues.'' There should be a link to a book called ''Author is choice'' or ''Monologues for women.'' Click on it, then go to the right & click ''read sample.'' There r a ton of excerpts there. If u can not find it, just follow this link:

As for what u should wear, put on something nice but comfortable. Like a pair of black dress pants or slacks & a nice blue or white blouse or nice shirt. Be formal, but nothing too major. If u wear heels, make sure they're not too high. You would not want to trip over yourself in the middle of ur audition!!
Above all, show that you're a confident & talented actor with a lot of charisma who is willing to listen to direction & follow it. And have fun!
Best of luck!
